joya11 – Bangladesh's Trusted Online Casino and Cricket Betting

Completing KYC on Joya11 involves three steps. First, a government-issued photo ID — clear images of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport. Second, proof of current address — a recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months). Third, payment method verification — your bKash or Nagad number is matched against your account. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000.

Joya11 has clear rules in place for match cancellations. If a match is cancelled before it starts, the full stake is automatically refunded to your account balance within 1 hour. For mid-match abandonments, the outcome depends on whether the required overs or time have been completed — in cricket, if more than 5 overs have been bowled, the match may be considered valid and the result will stand. If a bet is affected by a server outage or technical error, it will be voided and the stake returned.

Joya11's wagering (turnover) requirements vary by bonus type. For the Welcome Bonus, you must turn over the deposit amount plus the bonus amount 18 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit + ৳1,000 bonus equals ৳2,000 in total, requiring ৳36,000 in bets. Each bet must have minimum odds of 1.5. Cashback and Free Spin winnings carry only a 5x turnover requirement. All turnover conditions must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Placing an accumulator (parlay) bet on Joya11 is straightforward. Go to the betting section, select your preferred matches and odds — each selection is automatically added to your bet slip. Once you have more than two selections, the system will display the 'Accumulator' option. Enter your desired stake amount and your total payout will equal the product of all combined odds. You can add a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 selections per accumulator. Keep in mind that if even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost — so bet wisely and know your risk.
